1. The product

The Ebook is a written guide supplied as a downloadable file (PDF). You are buying a single digital copy of that file — no printed book, coaching, consultation, community access, updates, or ongoing service is included unless explicitly stated at the point of sale.

The Ebook is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular business, income, or other result. Laws, tax rates, platforms, and tools vary by jurisdiction and change over time — verify current requirements with a qualified professional before acting.

2. Purchase terms

• You must be legally able to enter into a contract and to use the payment method you provide.
• The price shown at checkout is the price payable, in the currency displayed, including any taxes shown there.
• Your order is accepted only once payment has been confirmed by the payment provider.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors, and may decline or cancel an order where a payment is suspected to be fraudulent or unauthorised.

3. Payment

Payments are collected and processed by a third-party payment gateway on its own hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Your use of the gateway is also subject to that provider's terms.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, or fails after delivery, we may revoke your download access and your licence to use the Ebook.

4. Delivery and download

• Access to the download is provided immediately after successful payment, via the confirmation page and/or an email to the address you supplied.
• It is your responsibility to enter a correct, working email address and to check your spam or promotions folder.
• You need a device with internet access and a PDF reader. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, app, or reader.
• If your download does not arrive or does not work, email support@ebookstore.co.in with your order details and we will re-send your access.
• Download links may expire or be limited in number to prevent abuse; we will restore access for a legitimate purchaser on request.

5. Refund policy — digital product

Please read the product description and the contents listed on the sales page carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions before you pay. If you were charged twice for the same order, or paid but never received access and we are unable to deliver the file to you, email support@ebookstore.co.in — we will resolve a genuine duplicate charge or non-delivery.

6. Permitted use (your licence)

On payment you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Ebook. You may:

• read the Ebook for your own personal or internal business use;
• store copies on devices that you own or control;
• print one copy for your own reference;
• apply the ideas and frameworks in your own business.

The licence is granted to one person or one organisation and may not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to anyone else.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

The Ebook — including its text, structure, frameworks, worksheets, layout, design, and cover artwork — is protected by copyright and remains the property of eBook Store or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership or any intellectual property right to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Prohibited use

You may not:

• share, forward, upload, email, or otherwise distribute the file or your download link to anyone else;
• resell, rent, sub-licence, or redistribute the Ebook, in whole or in part, for free or for payment;
• post the Ebook on file-sharing sites, torrent networks, cloud drives, messaging groups, forums, or any public or semi-public location;
• copy, excerpt, translate, or reproduce substantial parts of the Ebook in your own product, course, newsletter, video, or publication;
• claim authorship of the Ebook, or remove or alter any copyright notice, branding, or watermark;
• use the Ebook or its contents to create a competing or derivative product;
• use the Ebook for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

Brief quotation with clear attribution — for example in a review — is permitted. We may terminate your licence and revoke access immediately, without refund, if you breach this section, and we reserve all legal remedies available to us.

9. Limitation of liability

The Ebook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or suitable for your specific circumstances, or that your use of it will produce any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business losses, arising from your purchase or use of the Ebook. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Ebook is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

You are solely responsible for the business, legal, tax, and financial decisions you make after reading the Ebook.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms, the Ebook, or the site at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any consumer-protection rights you have where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
